Short version: Go Rogue365 is a local guide, not an ad network. We collect very little, and we never sell it.

Your location (Near Me)

Near Me asks your browser for your location only after you tap Use My Location (or tap the Near Me button on the homepage). Your browser then asks you for permission, and you can say no. If you do, everything on Go Rogue365 still works; you can pick an area instead.

If you allow it, your device downloads our public list of places and events and works out the distances itself. Your coordinates are not sent to our servers, are not saved, and are not put in the page address. They are forgotten as soon as you leave the page or tap “Stop using my location.” Our analytics record only that a permission prompt was shown, allowed or declined, and, when you tap a result, a rough distance range such as “1 to 3 miles.” Never a position.

Anonymous usage analytics

We count page views and taps (for example, which events get clicked) with our own simple system. It stores the page, the action, and a random ID kept in your browser so we can tell visits apart. It has no name, email, IP address or account attached, and it does not follow you to other sites. We do not use advertising trackers.

The Rogue List newsletter

If you join, we store your email, your first name if you give it, the topics you pick, and when you agreed. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and the unsubscribe page works without logging in. We do not sell or share the list.

Accounts and submissions

Venues that create a business login, and anyone who submits an event or applies to join the team, give us the details they type into those forms. We use them only to run the listing or reply to you.
