Terms of Service
Last updated November 4, 2026. Applies to the Go Rogue365 website and the Go Rogue365 iPhone app.
Short version: Go Rogue365 is a free local guide to food, drink and events in Boise and the Treasure Valley, on our website and in our iPhone app. Use it fairly, check details with the venue before you go, drink responsibly, and if you list a business here, only share what you have the right to share. The rest of this page says that in more detail.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Go Rogue365 (“Go Rogue365,” “we,” “us”) is run by Rogue Marketing LLC, based in Boise, Idaho. These terms cover the website at gorogue365.com, the Go Rogue365 iPhone app (“the app”), customer accounts in the app, the business dashboard, and anything we send you about them. By using the site or the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them. Go Rogue365 is intended for use in the United States.
2. Using Go Rogue365 as a visitor
You may browse and use the site and the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not: break or overload them, try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, copy the site in bulk with automated tools without our written permission, or use them to harass anyone or to break the law.
3. Listings are information, not promises
Events, hours, prices, specials, happy hours and age rules change, and some information comes from the venues, some from public sources and some from our own research. We work to keep it right, but we cannot promise it is complete or current. Where a happy hour or special is shown as not confirmed, that is exactly what it means. Always confirm with the venue before you go, especially for tickets, times, age limits (many events are 21+) and anything you are travelling for. Venues and events are run by the venues and organizers, not by us, and we are not responsible for what happens at them.
Some placements are paid for by the business and are labelled “Sponsored.” Paying does not change whether we think a place is good, and it does not affect the order of “near you” alerts.
4. Alcohol and age limits
Go Rogue365 tells you about bars, breweries, restaurants, events and happy hours. We do not sell, serve or deliver alcohol, and you cannot order it through us. Many listings and events are for people 21 and older. It is your responsibility to follow the law and the venue’s age rules, to drink responsibly, and not to drive after drinking.
5. Customer accounts in the app
- You do not need an account to browse. An account lets you keep your saved events, happy hours and places (Favorites) and your notification settings across devices.
- You must be at least 21 years old to create an account.
- When you create an account you confirm that you agree to these terms and have read the Privacy Policy, by ticking the box on the sign-up screen.
- Give us a real email address and keep your details accurate. We send a 6-digit code to confirm the address.
- Keep your password private. One person per account. You are responsible for what is done with your account. If you think someone else is using it, change your password and use “Sign out of all devices” in the app.
- We may limit who can create accounts at any time (for example, invite-only periods), and we may refuse, suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if it is used to abuse the service, or to protect other people.
- You can delete your account yourself in the app (More tab, Manage account, Delete my account). See Delete your data for exactly what is removed.
6. Favorites, reminders and device data
Favorites you save are kept on your phone. If you are signed in, they are also kept on your account so every device agrees. If you save things without an account, the app keeps an anonymous record that holds only a random ID, basic phone details and the IDs of what you saved, so we can show how popular things are. You can delete that record at any time with Delete this phone’s data in the app (More tab). See the Privacy Policy.
Reminders are optional. When you save an event and allow iPhone notifications, the app can remind you before it starts. The reminder is scheduled on your phone; we do not send it from our servers. Quiet hours (10 PM to 10 AM unless you change them) mean a reminder due then is skipped, not delayed, unless you allow reminders in quiet hours. Reminders and alerts depend on your phone’s settings, your iPhone’s notification system, battery and signal, and on event details not having changed. We do not promise they will arrive or arrive on time. Always check the event with the venue.
7. Location and notifications
Location and notifications are optional and you control them in iPhone Settings and in the app. The app works without them. If you share your location, the app uses it on your phone to show places and events near you. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is and is not collected.
“Alerts near me” is optional. It is off until you turn it on, it needs iPhone’s “Always” location permission and notifications, it may send at most two alerts a day, and you can turn it off in the app or in iPhone Settings at any time. Alerts are suggestions, not promises that something is happening.
8. Business accounts and listings
- You may create a business login only for a business you own or are authorized to speak for.
- Keep your login private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Information you add (events, specials, hours, descriptions) must be accurate and must not be misleading, unlawful, or infringe anyone’s rights.
- We may review, edit for clarity, hide, or remove any listing or content at our discretion, for example if it is wrong, out of date, or breaks these terms. We may approve or decline listings and changes.
- A basic listing is free. Paid options (such as sponsor badges or featured placement) are described on our pricing page or agreed with you in writing, and those terms apply in addition to this page. Paying does not guarantee any particular result.
9. What you give us, and what we may do with it
You keep ownership of what you submit: your text, photos, logos, flyers and event details. You give Rogue Marketing LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, display, resize, crop, caption and reasonably edit it, and to feature it on Go Rogue365 and in our own promotion of Go Rogue365 (our site, newsletter and social posts), for as long as it is listed. You promise that you own it or have the right to share it, and that it does not break anyone else’s rights. You can ask us to remove it at any time (see the contact address below). Anything already published or shared before removal may take a short time to disappear everywhere.
10. Instagram
Go Rogue365 does not currently connect to Instagram accounts and does not collect or use data from them. If a business connects an Instagram account to Go Rogue365, it must be an account the business owns or is authorized to manage, the connection works only through Instagram’s own sign-in (we never see or store the Instagram password), the business’s use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram’s and Meta’s own terms, and the business can disconnect at any time. See our data deletion page for exactly what happens when it does.
11. Links and tickets
The site and the app link to venues, ticket sellers and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, prices, policies or practices.
12. Our content and the site
The Go Rogue365 name, logo, design, and the way we organize and write about listings belong to Rogue Marketing LLC (listing facts belong to their owners). You may share links to our pages. Please do not copy our pages or descriptions in bulk or present them as your own.
13. The iPhone app and Apple
The app is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. The Standard EULA applies to the app in addition to these terms. If these terms and the Standard EULA conflict about the app itself, the Standard EULA controls for the app.
- Between you and us, not Apple. These terms are between you and Rogue Marketing LLC, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content, and for support and maintenance of the app. Contact us at hello@gorogue365.com.
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary. As the Standard EULA states, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Standard EULA and, once you accept it, may enforce it against you.
- The developer. The app is offered by Rogue Marketing LLC, based in Boise, Idaho. Contact: hello@gorogue365.com.
14. No warranty, and limits on our responsibility
The site and the app are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not make promises about their accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or anything that happens at a venue or event. Where the law does not allow a limit, that limit does not apply to you, and nothing here limits responsibility that cannot legally be limited. Our total responsibility to you for any claim about the site or the app is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past twelve months or $100.
15. Ending things
You may stop using the site or the app, delete your customer account in the app, or ask us to close your business account, at any time. When a customer account is deleted, its Favorites and notification settings are deleted with it. We may suspend or close an account or remove a listing if these terms are broken or if keeping it would create a risk for us or others.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders by email or with a notice in the app or dashboard. Using the site or the app after a change means you accept it.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
